Develop and deliver strategies that connect participants with meaningful employment opportunities - always with a people-first focus. Support, guide and mentor your team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services and reach shared goals. What youll bring Experience as a results-driven operator with excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Excellent communication with an authentic and collaborative style. Strategic thinking and an ability to balance big-picture planning with hands-on operations. An understanding of disability employment or inclusive workforce initiatives is a big plus. (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
