Administration Officer - Accommodation & Fleet Fitzroy Australia Resources is a rising leader in Queensland''s metallurgical coal mining industry. About the role Reporting to the Accommodation Superintendent, Fitzroy is seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer Accommodation & Fleet to support the coordination and administration of our accommodation services. In this vital role, you will ensure our employees and contractors are efficiently and comfortably housed across a range of residential and camp facilities. Key Responsibilities of the role will include: Act as System Administrator for Fly2Work, managing and coordinating all accommodation bookings for employees and contractors. Monitor and allocate camp rooms in line with the take or pay strategy to ensure efficient utilisation. Track No Show and Early Departure bookings and coordinate contractor chargebacks. Assist with residential leasing, rental reporting, and entry/exit requirements for employees. Manage maintenance requests, cleaning services, and general enquiries. Maintain accurate registers of occupants and property maintenance orders. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including real estate agents, trades, and accommodation providers. Support HR with accommodation requirements during onboarding. Provide day-to-day administrative support across all housing and camp accommodation activities. Carry out additional duties as directed by the Accommodation Superintendent or relevant management. Support the Fleet Controller with daily administrative and operational tasks to meet Fitzroys fleet management needs. About you: Highly developed administration skills Excellent computer literacy with strong skills in the full MS Office Suite Knowledge of or exposure to databases and systems for example Fly2Work Highly organised with the ability to selfmanage workload Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication both written and verbal.
