This is a fulltime position based primarily in Roma, with the flexibility to work remotely from home and travel occasionally to Vital Health locations. About the Role As our Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator, youll play a key role in identifying opportunities to grow our team and our impact. Youll combine strategic thinking with handson implementation across recruitment, marketing, and branding. Working as part of our People & Innovation team, youll ensure every campaign from job ads to social media posts reflects our values, our services, and our commitment to the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Write, post, and manage engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms. Screen applicants and coordinate interviews for clinical and administrative roles. Prepare offer letters and communicate with candidates throughout the process. Support engagement with recruitment and migration agencies for local and international hiring. Represent Vital Health at industry and university events. Maintain and improve recruitment processes and reporting. Marketing Execute consistent social media activity, aligned with our marketing calendar and brand tone. Develop and deliver clinician engagement kits and promotional materials. Track highlevel marketing analytics, campaign performance, and media exposure reporting insights to the People & Innovation Manager. Assist in developing and refining the Strategic Marketing Plan based on data and stakeholder feedback. Support marketing for new services, awareness weeks, and community initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our messaging and content reflect our shared vision. About You You hold a bachelors qualification in Marketing, Communications, Human Relations or Business (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated experience in marketing, recruitment, or related coordination roles. Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills. Confidence using digital tools, social media, and analytics platforms. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
