About The Role Provide clinical leadership to our passionate team at Medicare Mental Health Centre Moruya to make a real impact on the delivery of mental health services in the area. As a Clinical Practice Lead You Will Provide clinical support to our multidisciplinary teams delivering mental health and AOD services. Ensure efficient, safe, high-quality service aligned with best practice guidelines. Work closely with the Service Manager and external stakeholders to develop recovery-focused and evidence-based services that achieve positive outcomes for our consumers. This opportunity is available part time (30 hours per week), fixed term to 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension based on government funding. Minimum 2 years post graduate experience in mental health service delivery. Demonstrated advanced clinical experience in assessments, intervention planning and referrals. Proven leadership experience in a multidisciplinary team setting.
