You''ll collaborate with senior leaders, support continuous improvement, and enable optimal patient and program outcomes across diverse care settings.****Key Focus Areas*** **Lead quality, compliance, and governance across Aged Care, Disability, and VAD services.*** **Drive service improvements, reporting, and risk management to support safe, patient-centred care.*** **Strengthen systems, data accuracy, and organisational capability in collaboration with senior clinicians.*** **Provide advanced nursing leadership to support education, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.****Working with us*** For 1 year will get you an **isolation bonus** of AUD$3,500.
