**Lead Quality Care Across Aged Care, Disability and Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) Services and Make a Lasting Impact in Rural Healthcare Quality & Governance.** **Join NWHHS as a permanent full-time Nurse Manager leading quality, safety, and clinical governance across Aged Care, Disability, and VAD services, driving excellence in patient care.**| Workplace Location | North West Qld |**About the role****As the Nurse Manager for Residential Aged Care, Disability, and Voluntary Assisted Dying, you will provide expert leadership, guidance, and governance oversight to ensure NWHHS services meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You''ll collaborate with senior leaders, support continuous improvement, and enable optimal patient and program outcomes across diverse care settings.****Key Focus Areas*** **Lead quality, compliance, and governance across Aged Care, Disability, and VAD services.*** **Drive service improvements, reporting, and risk management to support safe, patient-centred care.*** **Strengthen systems, data accuracy, and organisational capability in collaboration with senior clinicians.*** **Provide advanced nursing leadership to support education, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.****Working with us*** For 1 year will get you an **isolation bonus** of AUD$3,500. If you stay for 2 years you will get AUD$10,500 and for your 3rd year (and every year after that) you will get AUD$7,000.* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution.* Long Service Leave and Sick Leave accrual.* Tax savings through ( ) are also available.**In your downtime,** we will provide 2 return airfares p.a.
