Role Overview The Role: This role would suit an experienced operator of Facility Management who is seeking their next challenge and wants to progress their career. Responsibilities As Facility Manager: You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, providing support and direction to all staff, and ensuring a high level of care is maintained for all residents. Your role will involve managing and leading the team, maintaining a collaborative company culture, and ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
