Job Description

Daylesford Health is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse on a Permanent Parttime basis for our Urgent Care Centre. Daylesford Urgent Care Centre is a key entry point into the Victorian healthcare system for people living in small rural communities. Patients receive definitive care at the centre or may be referred to a general practitioner or transferred to a higher level of care at a larger health service. Key selection criteria Current Adult & Paediatric Advanced Life Support (ALS) Preferred experience working in a regional/rural UCC Minimum 3 years'' experience in emergency nursing and triage Postgraduate qualifications in emergency nursing / critical care or willingness to obtain within 12 months of commencement Current Australian working rights Details of appointment Permanent parttime position (rotating roster), working 48 hours per fortnight. Compensation will be based on experience, within the award plus superannuation.
