Overview Rebel Mt Barker is opening a brand-new store and needs a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager to lead and keep momentum rolling. Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of 25+ to smash KPIs and deliver outstanding customer service. Champion health & safety, store security, and visual merchandising. Drive floor sales, manage stock control, and report basic financial performance. Maintain a positive, handson, accountable culture and keep the vibe positive. Qualifications & Experience Retail management / leadership experience. Track record of leading by example and delivering toptier customer service. Natural ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong training, sales driving, and resultsoriented skills. Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
