Human Resources Coordinator (Recruitment Focus) The HR Coordinator will provide handson HR operational and administrative support to the site People & Culture team, working closely with the HR Advisor and site leadership. This role ensures the smooth running of HR processes, data and systems, supports recruitment and onboarding, assists with performance management and employee relations activities, and helps maintain our highperforming, inclusive culture. Serving as a key onsite HR resource, youll contribute to unlocking the full potential of our people at Ravenswood Gold. Key Responsibilities Include: Act as the sitebased HR Coordinator, working closely with the HR Advisor to support HR operational processes and serve as an accessible HR contact for site employees and leaders. Provide generalist HR support including onboarding and offboarding, recruitment administration, HRIS/data entry, generation of reports, maintenance of employee records and systems. Support performance management processes: assist in organising performance reviews, tracking probation, assisting with documentation and followup. Respond to employee and leader queries in a professional, timely and confidential manner; elevate more complex matters to the HR Advisor. Assist with policy rollout, compliance activities, training coordination and workforce admin tasks (e.g., leave management, approvals, role changes). Collaborate on engagement, inclusion and culture initiatives on site helping deliver workshops, support events, track metrics and followthrough actions to enhance our site culture. Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and data integrity recommending enhancements, cleaning data, assisting with audits and ensuring consistent approach across the site. Build collaborative relationships with leaders, employees, the People & Culture team and other functions onsite; act as a reliable link between the HR Advisor and the broader workforce. Uphold and promote the sites safety culture and operational disciplines in all HR activities ensuring people practices align with safety and operational excellence. About You: Qualified in Human Resources (Certificate IV, Diploma, or working towards a degree) or a related discipline Skilled in endtoend recruitment and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience Experienced in HR coordination, generalist support, or administrative HR roles, with a strong understanding of the HR lifecycle Confident and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and elevate when needed Pragmatic and solutionsfocused, with sound knowledge of HR legislation, modern awards, and best practice Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in all interactions Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with HRIS and data systems Detailoriented in maintaining HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting Passionate about culture, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives Committed to continuous improvement in HR processes and practices Willing and able to work onsite in a fastpaced operational environment, embracing a 4:4, 4:2 DIDO roster Previous experience in mining, resources, FIFO/DIDO, or sitebased environments is highly regarded What We Offer: A chance to play a key role in our People & Culture team, shaping the experience of our workforce. DIDO Roster: 4 days on, 4 days off then 4 days on, 2 days off (Drivein/Driveout or as required).
