The role As Manager/Supervisor of their Cootamundra Office and reporting directly to the Partners, you will work closely with both the partners and clients in delivering tailormade solutions. You will manage a portfolio of customers, as well as oversee the workflow and resources across a team of up to five or six accountants. You will also take daytoday responsibility for compliance oversight and have the opportunity to identify and introduce continuous improvement initiatives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience within a Chartered Accounting environment in taxation and business services across a broad range of clients, thereby gaining a strong understanding of technical accounting and also meeting the needs of clients. You will be at least degree qualified; CA/CPA membership desirable. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with your clients and peers. You will naturally have high levels of integrity, teamwork and achievement.
