About the Role: As Sous Chef, youll work closely with the Executive Chef to help lead kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, and ensure a consistently high standard of food preparation, taste and presentation. You''ll help mentor junior kitchen staff, assist in managing day-to-day prep and service, and contribute ideas that elevate our food and wine experience.
