About the Role: Youll be the face of our business across the Illawarra and Southern Sydney region winning new work, building relationships, and keeping our pipeline full of highquality commercial, strata, and council projects. Your work directly impacts our ability to scale and serve more clients with the toptier service were known for. What Youll Do: Identify and secure new business with builders, PMs, strata managers, councils, and civil contractors Conduct site visits, take measurements/photos, and prepare briefs for quoting Present proposals, follow up professionally, and close with consistency Maintain an accurate CRM and submit weekly reports Work closely with our ops team to ensure seamless project delivery Represent Illawarra Signs & Line Marking at meetings, networking events, and industry catchups What Were Looking For: Proven business development or sales experience (construction, trades, or services ideal) Resultsdriven with strong followup skills Friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in solving customer problems Able to work independently but thrive in a team environment Keeps CRM and reports up to date without being chased Confident communicator who can build longterm relationships Why Work With Us?
