Youll be the goto person for your team, supporting them to perform at their best and keep the work environment positive and productive. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and motivate a small production team daytoday Allocate jobs, monitor workflow and ensure targets are met Maintain safety standards and support continuous improvement Train new staff and support skill development across the team Communicate effectively with Supervisor, Operations Managers and other teams Support production planning and problemsolving on the floor Maintain accurate records, basic reporting and quality checks About You Has experience in a manufacturing, production or fastpaced assembly environment Shows natural leadership, communication and decisionmaking skills Enjoys working with people and building strong team relationships Has a handson approach and isnt afraid to jump in and help Displays strong reliability and follows safety procedures Is motivated to grow your career with a company that supports emerging leaders What Youll Bring Previous experience as a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Operator (ideal but not essential) A growth mindset and a willingness to build relationships Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to quality Ability to guide and support others while keeping a calm, solutionsfocused mindset Apply Now If youre ambitious, valuesdriven and ready to step into leadership, we want to hear from you.
