About the Role As the Centre Director, you will lead both the operational and pedagogical success of the service. Your responsibilities include: Leading the centre with a strong commitment to high-quality practice and family partnerships Providing professional guidance, coaching, and development to your educator team Ensuring compliance with the NQS, National Regulations, and EYLF Building strong community connections and maintaining trusted relationships with families Overseeing daily operations, staffing, enrolments, and financial performance Driving continuous improvement and fostering a positive, inclusive culture Leading with clarity, responsiveness, and a child-centred approach This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in dynamic environments and values autonomy supported by a strong national framework.
