Store Manager Fuel & Convenience Retail A privately owned and expanding retail group is currently seeking two experienced and motivated Site Managers to lead operations at their wellestablished convenience and fuel locations in Elizabeth. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to take charge of busy, customerfocused sites, supported by a responsive head office team and regular input from regional operations leadership. If youre passionate about retail, team development, and delivering smooth, efficient store performance, this could be the right fit for you. Your Role As a Site Manager, youll be responsible for the complete operational oversight of your designated store. Leading a compact team of 56 casuals at Elizabeth, youll ensure the site operates efficiently, safely, and in line with business standards. This is a highly interactive, onthefloor leadership role with a strong focus on service, compliance, team culture, and daily operational flow.
