About the role Bio Gro are looking for full time motivated, site labourers to join the team at our Newbridge, Victoria site. The successful applicants will provide support to the Site Manager, Organics Supervisor, and staff in maintaining the site and production performance. Responsibilities Manual decontamination of green waste delivered to site. Maintenance of green waste unloading area. Ensure site is maintained to a high level of cleanliness, actively removing contamination, paper, plastic and weeds. Report any necessary maintenance or safety issues directly to the Organics supervisor. About you Ability to work in a team environment to collaboratively achieve results. Ability to attend to details and produce accurate work. Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure. Ability to be professional, resourceful, and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. Demonstrate initiative. Able to handle workplace pressure in a way that maintains stable performance and workplace morale.
