Assistant Venue Manager - Burpengary East Assistant Venue Manager Opportunity Burger Urge is bringing its legendary burgers to Burpengary East and were looking for a driven and handson Assistant Venue Manager to lead the team and launch this exciting new restaurant. As an Assistant Manager, you wont just support youll lead. Youll be trusted to take ownership of a key area (or pillar) of the venue whether its Customer Experience, Training & Development, Local Area Marketing, or Inventory Management and grow it like its your own. Youll work alongside the Venue Manager to drive performance, inspire the team, and deliver nextlevel experiences for our customers. What Youll Be Doing Take ownership of a core pillar of the venue and run with it Lead and motivate the team to deliver standout service Oversee daily operations, shift management, and team support Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance are always on point Train new team members and build a strong team culture Handle feedback with confidence and turn challenges into wins What Were Looking For 1+ year in a hospitality leadership or supervisory role Someone who thrives on responsibility and takes initiative Natural leadership skills with strong communication Levelheaded under pressure, with a passion for people Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards Flexible availability across nights, weekends and holidays A positive energy and mindset for continuous growth Why Burger Urge?
