Your new role Reporting to the Retail Business Leader (the store manager), you will lead the daily operations of the Gepps Cross store to support business growth objectives. Your focus will be on operational efficiencies, staff rostering, cost management, and equipping the team with the right training, tools, and resources. You will inspire a highperforming culture that prioritises safety and delivers a fantastic place to work and shop. About You 2+ years of retail experience with proven leadership and coaching. Confidence analysing financial data to deliver targets and support operational excellence. Prioritises learning for yourself and your team to uplift capability and inspire success. Willing to complete relevant qualifications (CertIII Retail or similar) and invest in ongoing learning. Ideally some stockroom/warehouse experience.
