Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our financial and operational processes, ensuring accuracy in reconciliations, invoicing, and day-to-day administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Financial Administration Prepare and issue invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Perform Accounts Payable reconciliations, ensuring supplier invoices and payments are correctly recorded. Conduct Accounts Receivable reconciliations, monitoring outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts. Complete bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Administrative Support Maintain and update records, files, and databases. Assist with document preparation, reporting, and compliance requirements. Provide general office support including scheduling, correspondence, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
