Commis Chef / Cook Join Balgownie Estate Resort & Spa in the beautiful Yarra Valley Wine region. What can you offer Balgownie Estate? You will assist in the preparation of ingredients and be involved in various cooking processes. Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality of dishes. Demonstrate strong product knowledge of menu items and seasonal ingredients. Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
