On a typical day, youll:* Provide clinical care to our residents* Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents* Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards* Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care**Youll be someone who is empathetic and whos previously worked in an aged care home.
