Position: Receptionist We are seeking a confident, calm, and empathetic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy veterinary hospital. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys supporting both pet owners and colleagues, and can balance efficiency with genuine care. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for clients, greeting them with warmth and professionalism. Manage phone calls, appointments, and client enquiries with accuracy and empathy. Support pet owners during stressful moments with reassurance and understanding. Assist the veterinary team by keeping workflows smooth and organised. Handle administrative tasks in a fastpaced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Qualifications Confidence under pressure and the ability to stay calm in busy situations. Strong communication skills with a caring, empathetic approach. Excellent organisational skills and multitasking ability.
