As a Home Care Worker with UPA, you will support our clients to remain independent in their own homes and stay connected to their local community. We currently have multiple Parttime opportunities to join our MurrayRegion team based in Holbrook. About the role In this role, youll provide individualised, flexible, and highquality care to people in the community, helping them maintain their independence and live well in their own homes. Your personcentred focus and attention to detail will assist us in recognising and responding to client needs as they evolve. Duties will include but are not limited to: Assisting in the provision of individualised care using a personcentred approach as per the client care plan. Providing independence services such as showering, medications, transport or respite care. Providing everyday living services such as domestic assistance, gardening, shopping or meal preparation. Prompt and detailed reporting of client services. Recognising and reporting client risk via our incident management system. What you bring? Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Community Services is highly desired Current Australian Driver''s License and willing to travel Registered and insured vehicle Compassion, empathy, and a passion for helping others Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Confidence in using technology Why work for us? Note, the rate you are offered within this salary range is dependent on your skills, qualification, and level of experience.
