FlexiHome Care provides a wide range of inhome and community care support services to disabled people of all ages. We provide flexible disability support services that are centred on the client''s needs and wants. We provide our participant services beyond what is expected from us as we want to give them the best life they can achieve within our capability. Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide personcentred care to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations Contribute information for the development of customer support plans Provide support to customers with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication and other support as required Keep customer records up to date on a daily basis Develop and maintain professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers and key stakeholders With support & guidance from our growing team, seek out innovative ways to enhance the customer journey Requirements Completed Cert3 or 4 in disability, individual support, aged care, nursing Applicants with valid license and access to own vehicle will be prioritised (License and comprehensive insurance) NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to apply) At least 6months experience in disability, aged care or nursing sector Proof of vaccination (COVID19) Working with Childrens Check (or willing to apply) Personal Attributes Ability to be proactive, take initiative and eager to learn Ability to work in a fastpaced environment Strong communication, problemsolving and conflict resolution skills Excellent time management skills, as you will be working in a fastpaced environment Excellent time management, multitasking and organisation skills Ability to work under pressure and time constraints with flexibility Excellent attention to detail Organised and customerservice focused Application Instructions Please apply through the Jora website and provide 2 dates with timeslots for your availability for the interview.
