Role Parttime Lifestyle Assistant empowering and engaging residents to maximise participation in leisure and lifestyle programmes. Responsibilities Participate in the development, implementation and assessment of therapeutic plans. Support residents to engage in their leisure and lifestyle choices and activities. Assist staff and volunteers in the provision of leisure and lifestyle programmes. Requirements Experience in aged care or supporting residents with lifestyle and leisure programmes. Ability to provide highquality leisure and lifestyle programmes that improve customer wellbeing. Welldeveloped verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to operate independently and participate in a multidisciplinary team. Understanding of relevant legislative, regulatory requirements, professional standards and guidelines in the aged and community care environment. To be successful Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. Experience in a care role highly regarded. Valid working rights in Australia (passport, birth certificate, etc.).
