Expressions of Interest Casual Production Line Workers (New Year Opportunities) Night Shift: 11:00pm 7:06am (SundayThursday) Day Shift: 7:00am 3:06pm (MonFri) Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm 11:06pm (MonFri) About the role Reporting to the Shift Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our products are produced and packaged on schedule. The role involves accurate quality checks, basic machine operation, escalation of quality issues, general housekeeping, cleaning, sanitation and supporting other team members. Key responsibilities Accurate quality checking of all product and packaging in line with policies, procedures and guidelines Basic machine operation and monitoring production line performance Prompt escalation of quality issues relating to product or materials General housekeeping, cleaning and sanitation of the work area Assist other team members with general duties as required Maintain a safe work area at all times, ensuring compliance with OH&S guidelines Apply firsttime quality (FTQ) principles to meet FTQ requirements Cleaning & sanitation duties Clean and sanitize production equipment, facilities and work areas according to the cleaning program Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies and equipment properly Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards Collaborate with team members to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and safety across the site More about you Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably FMCG) A strong focus on safety and quality Understanding and practice of food hygiene and food handling concepts Ability to complete repetitive tasks in a fastpaced line environment Strong work ethic, sound numeracy and literacy skills Strong customer focus and proactive, concise communication Ability to develop and maintain supportive working relationships Availability to work MonFri is advantageous Legally authorised to work in Australia What we offer Competitive wages, above award rates of pay Eligibility to participate in the Companys profit participation program Onthejob training An energetic and innovative culture committed to supporting growth and development of its people How to apply To apply, click the apply now button and follow the prompts.
