Principal Solution Architect - Artificial Intelligence Solutions Join a future-focused, innovative team driving digital transformation. As part of our growth, were looking for a passionate and experienced Principal Solution Architect Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions to lead the strategic development and execution of AI products and solutions in the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) markets. This role is pivotal in supporting the companys vision and ensuring that our use of AI and offerings meet the evolving needs of our business across various use cases and applications. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to architect and enhance AI solutions, driving innovation and compliance with industry standards. Key Accountabilities Vision and Strategy Development: Support the company''s vision by developing strategic plans for internal adoption of AI and our product landscape, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Business Engagement: Engage within NEC (ANZ & global) and clients, defining roadmaps for the adoption and implementation of AI services. Apply a customercentric approach to all aspects of work. Product Architecture: Architect and collaborate on the application and integration of AI to enhance our digital and managed service offerings. AI Ethics and Responsible Use: Exercise an awareness of potential biases in AI systems and the ability to apply governance frameworks and privacy standards to ensure fair and responsible use. Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with our vendors to promote and drive AI solutions across the ANZ region, and internally. Architecture Leadership: Provide architecture leadership to internal teams, guiding the development of consistent, highquality AI architectures that meet business outcomes and comply with industry standards and security requirements. Function as Technical Lead during the development process while providing solution design and accurate cost inputs for proposals and business cases. Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor to Heads of and Clevel executives, leading strategic, transitional, and target state architectures to drive the success of the companys AI adoption and evolution of modern services. What Youll Bring Were looking for someone with a strong technical background and leadership experience: Significant experience in AI solutions, product architecture, and integration strategies. Strong understanding of the ANZ market, including regulatory and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to work with clients, vendors, and teams to deliver innovative solutions. Leadership skills with experience in guiding teams and influencing Clevel executives. Knowledge of industry best practices, standards, and security requirements related to AI. Excellent communication, strategic planning, and project management skills. Strong commercial acumen Degree or relevant qualification in IT Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure preferred Why NEC?
