About Us We are a Radiologist owned practice with teams specialising in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, PET and nuclear medicine, and theranostics. Based in Brisbane, we have been providing Radiology services to private and public hospitals in South-East Queensland for over 15 years. During that time the Company has experienced solid growth and built a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team of 35 specialist Radiologists across all aspects of Clinical Radiology. The Role We are seeking a General Manager to manage the companys operational activities and implement the boards strategic vision, including consolidating existing relationships, seeking out business opportunities and successfully negotiating positive outcomes. Reporting to the Board and supported by a well-established administration and finance team, you will oversee all operational aspects of the business and play a pivotal role in creating a clear pathway to future success. You will be remunerated with an attractive package including performance-based incentives. Key Priorities Driving business development is a core focus: building strategic partnerships, negotiating new contracts and identifying new commercial opportunities that generate sustainable revenue streams. Ensuring the Board receives clear and timely advice to inform decision making. Maintaining strong financial and operational performance across all business units. Ensuring compliance across all regulatory and contractual frameworks. About You You are a leader with proven commercial acumen, a passion for fostering a positive corporate culture, promoting excellence in service delivery, seeking out strategic opportunities and delivering improved outcomes. Ideally you will bring Vision and strategic agility proven ability to lead strategy, navigate change and deliver outcomes in dynamic environments Strong business acumen with experience in corporate governance, risk management, compliance, financial management and organisational performance ideally within the health industry A track record of building effective teams and fostering a collaborative, high performing culture Skills to manage existing relationships with stakeholders across the companys portfolio and establish new relationships and business opportunities where appropriate Exceptional relationship building skills with the ability to influence across all levels A prudent approach to managing the companys operations & delivering financial performance.
