Youll influence decisionmaking at all levels, deliver actionable insights and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations while fostering a highperformance culture. Responsibilities Define and execute the Consumer Insurance Risk Strategy aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Lead initiatives to uplift risk capability and maturity, embedding consistent practices across the division. Provide expert advice on governance frameworks and risk appetite to strengthen decisionmaking. Deliver insights from internal and external data to inform strategic decisions and improve resilience. Partner with crossfunctional teams to integrate risk insights into operational and strategic priorities. Inspire and develop risk teams, building capability through coaching and targeted development programs. Maintain regulator engagement through proactive communication, riskbased approaches and transparency. Regularly evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls to ensure they effectively mitigate risks. Qualifications Deep expertise in enterprise risk frameworks, insurancespecific risks and regulatory obligations. Proven ability to set and execute risk strategies and influence senior leaders. Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends and deliver actionable insights. Experience engaging with regulators and managing governance and compliance requirements.
