Were currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our support office in an exciting and varied role. You will be the CEOs trusted partnermanaging priorities, navigating complex and confidential matters, coordinating critical workflows, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the leadership team. You will also provide essential governance support to the Company Secretary and oversee administrative leadership across the Support Office. Key Responsibilities CEO Support Be a confidential point of contact for the CEO, handling sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment Manage the CEOs calendar, competing priorities, appointments, and stakeholder engagements Prepare highquality briefing notes, agendas, talking points, presentations, board papers, and strategic documentation Coordinate external engagement activities including Board meetings, stakeholder visits, investor relations, and events Support crossorganisational project coordination and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Facilitate Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings, logistics, followups, and action tracking Manage credit card reconciliation, expense reporting, and office preparations for onsite meetings Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO Company Secretarial & Governance Support Support the Company Secretary with corporate governance and compliance obligations Administer Board and Committee operations, including agendas, papers, briefing documents, minutes, and meeting logistics Ensure compliance with ASX Listing Rules, regulatory requirements, and internal governance frameworks Maintain accurate governance records and documentation Assist with the preparation and review of ASX announcements Build strong, responsive relationships with Board and Committee members Liaise with regulators, ASX, and external governance bodies as required Oversee preparation of internal and external reports Lead and mentor the Senior Office Administrator Oversee Support Office operations including reception, mail, facilities, travel, supplies, and administrative services Maintain high standards of administrative excellence and compliance Coordinate administrative support across teams and locations Manage vendor and supplier relationships (facilities, catering, travel, office supplies) Oversee office expenses, purchase orders, card reconciliations, and cost control Coordinate office events, celebrations, and engagement activities About You A proactive selfstarter with superb attention to detail and the ability to move seamlessly between tasks Significant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting CSuite leaders Strong communication skillsprofessional, approachable, and confident engaging at all levels Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fastpaced environment Experience in event planning, coordination of meetings, offsites, and company events Techsavvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly Collaborative, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile A genuine passion for Early Education and contributing to a positive, highperforming culture HOW TO APPLY If you are interested or would like to find out more, CLICK APPLY NOW!
