The ideal candidate will serve as the technical lead, aligning business goals with technical strategies, and providing architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires deep expertise in Dynamics 365, Azure technologies, and system integration, with a proven ability to deliver complex solutions that drive business value.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.Provide architectural oversight for Dynamics 365 modules, with a focus on Marketing and Customer Service.Lead the development of high-quality documentation, including solution design, functional specifications, and integration frameworks.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, re-engineer workflows, and deliver innovative solutions.Develop integration strategies using Microsoft Azure and other technologies to enable seamless interoperability across systems.Ensure optimal utilization of Dynamics 365 out-of-the-box features and recommend customizations when required.Provide technical leadership for Agile Scrum teams, contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery activities.Guide the development of custom workflows, plug-ins, and APIs, leveraging C#, REST, and Web API technologies.Implement DevOps best practices for Dynamics 365 projects, utilizing Azure DevOps pipelines for build and release management.Conduct workshops, architecture reviews, and showcases with senior stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and adoption.Mentor technical and functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.Extensive knowledge of Dynamics 365 Marketing and Customer Service modules, including their capabilities and limitations.Proven expertise in designing and integrating Dynamics 365 solutions with enterprise systems using Azure Stack and related technologies.Hands-on experience with C#, REST, Web API, and Azure technologies for solution customization and extension.Proficient in Agile methodologies, with a strong track record of contributing to sprint planning and execution.Proficiency with SnowFlake and the design and delivery of modernised data-related platforms.Strong understanding of Microsoft DevOps tools and practices, including pipelines and release management.Experience in documenting system integration specifications and providing architectural guidance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops and engage with senior stakeholders.Must undergo Police Check screening.Preferred SkillsCertifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure architecture.Deep understanding of business process modeling and re-engineering.Experience in large-scale IT environments, with government or public sector experience preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering business value.What We OfferLeadership role in cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects.A collaborative and innovative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and learning.Join our team as a D365 Solution Architect and play a key role in designing transformative solutions that empower organizations to achieve their goals!Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionInformation Technology #J-18808-Ljbffr
