This is a dual desk role with significant opportunity to build and grow. You will specialise in HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) placements within the Engineering and Construction sectors across Melbourne. We are open to Principal or Senior consultants. What you''ll be doing: Engage in proactive business development by identifying and securing new clients within the engineering and construction sectors. Manage a mixed desk with a strong focus on Temporary placements, while strategically placing Permanent candidates. Source and place qualified professionals across the HSEQ spectrum. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement, delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Drive the growth of your desk and exceed sales, activity, and placement targets, contributing to the overall success of the team. What we''re looking for: Strong, proven background in 360 recruitment with an exceptional ability to drive Business Development and client acquisition. Must be resilient, proactive in sales, and highly comfortable in a demanding commercial construction sales environment. Experience recruiting within Construction is preferred, but we will consider candidates from other industries with outstanding core recruitment and sales skills. Valid Driver''s License for client site visits is required. What is in it for you?
