This role offers a unique opportunity to lead five specialist teams with broad impact across the department: internal communication, digital and online, design and creative, customer experience, and emergency management. Your role is to lead a team of professionals that design and implement contemporary approaches for how customers experience us externally, how our people are engaged internally, and our capability to prepare, respond and recover from emergencies and disasters across Queensland. This is an active leadership role where you will guide, grow and mentor your teams to achieve outstanding results while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and psychological safety.
