As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Head of Digital & Growth to lead the future of our digital performance. This senior, handson role oversees eCommerce, digital marketing, content, CRM, customer growth and performance, with full ownership of digital revenue and profitability.Your mission is simple: drive digital growth through strategy, creativity and commercial execution. What Youll Lead Own all digital revenue, budgets and growth targets Oversee eCommerce performance, website optimisation and daily trading Build and execute the CRM & retention strategy (Klaviyo) Direct digital content, storytelling and relatable socialfirst creative Manage and mentor the digital team including eCommerce, Marketing and Content Drive dataled customer acquisition and retargeting using firstparty data Develop clear weekly and monthly performance reporting Partner with internal teams across design, planning, operations and customer service to deliver a seamless online experience What You Bring 6+ years in digital, eCommerce or growthfocused marketing roles Proven experience owning digital performance budgets and revenue outcomes Strong capability across paid performance, CRO, email automation and customer retention Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager and digital analytics Ability to balance creative storytelling with datadriven decisionmaking Experience in fastpaced digital environments, ideally within fashion or retail Confident leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a highperforming team Passion for digital innovation, content, customer experience and brand growth Why Youll Love Working With Us We truly value our team, and we show it through meaningful benefits designed to support wellbeing, worklife balance and personal growth, including: Paid parental leave Mental health leave days and wellbeing support Womens health initiatives Amazing staff discounts and a generous clothing allowance Onsite car parking (almost unheard of in Collingwood!)
