We are expanding and seeking a Cosmetic Nurse Injector who wants longterm growth, stability and the opportunity to build a strong client base inside a structured, supportive system. This role is ideal for a nurse who is motivated, compliant, safe in practice and open to continual development. You will have direct access to an experienced cosmetic injector, TalihaPaige Maggs, who has been practising for 6 years and will provide guidance and training to ensure you progress confidently and competently. As you develop, there is clear opportunity to grow your income, client load and responsibilities. The clinic is forecasting significant expansion over the next 12 months, meaning strong performers will advance quickly. You will not have to rely on social media trends or aggressive advertising to grow: our systems, reputation and client demand support consistent bookings. About the Role Parttime: Minimum 23 days per week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays or Optional Saturdays) Deliver highquality client consultations (education, assessment, treatment planning) Provide nonprescription skin and needling treatments within scope Support clients through pretreatment processes (including preparing for medical assessment when required) Maintain detailed clinical documentation, informed consent and safety standards Work collaboratively within a calm, professional environment Uphold Glows standard of natural, measured outcomes Interest in health and skin in collaboration with cosmetic treatments at Glow Cosmetique What Were Looking For Mandatory: AHPRAregistered nurse (RN) Committed to compliant, safe, ethical practice Strong attention to detail Excellent client communication and education skills Willingness to learn, grow and follow established clinical systems Ability to work calmly and professionally in a boutique, highstandard environment Highly desirable: Experience in cosmetic nursing (2 years preferred, with higher pay opportunity for those candidates) Comfort with longer, educationbased consultations Interest in natural aesthetic outcomes and evidenceinformed care Desire for longterm professional development within one clinic What Youll Receive Direct mentorship and training from TalihaPaige Maggs (6 years cosmetic practice experience) A supportive team environment with an experienced injector (Lyllie) Structured growth plan with increasing earning potential Consistent client demand and strong internal systems to support your development A longterm role where you can build confidence, skill and a loyal patient base Future opportunity for performancebased financial progression Ready to Build Your Career in a Stable, GrowthFocused Clinic?
