Head of Sales - Home Care at BaptistCare As Head of Sales for Home Care, youll lead BaptistCares national sales strategy, driving growth and creating meaningful connections with customers. You wont just follow existing practicesyoull design and build them. From crafting frameworks and processes to developing capability, youll set the standard for how we sell. Working handinhand with Home Care Operations, youll spot growth opportunities, activate plans, align sales with workforce capacity, and empower teams through training. Youll also champion CRM adoption, share market insights, and strengthen stakeholder relationships to deliver results that matter. This is a nationally based hybrid role - with required travel between sites/interstate as required. About You 8+ years leadership experience in sales within Home Care, aged care, health, or related services. Proven ability to lead sales teams and deliver growth and performance outcomes in health or social care environments. Strong track record of achieving sales growth and commercial targets in a customercentred way. Deep understanding of governmentfunded Home Care programs, reforms, and compliance requirements. Highlevel capability in CRM use, data reporting, and sales analytics. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
