Youll join a collaborative global Sales Leadership Team, working closely with colleagues who share a passion for innovation and customer success. Your mission As Regional Sales Director, you own the sales performance for Asia Pacific and lead the development and execution of a regional strategy that drives sustainable growth and profitability. This role is about leadership, collaboration, and impact turning global priorities into regional success stories. You also act as a change ambassador, building strong cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Business Development, Sales Operations, and PMO to accelerate growth and enhance the customers experience. Included in your responsibility is to: Shape and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy aligned with global objectives. Lead and develop a high-performing regional management team, fostering accountability and innovation. Drive business planning, pricing, and product mix decisions to maximize market share and profitability. Partner with Offer & Innovation and Operations to ensure successful product launches and superior delivery performance. Monitor performance, refine strategies, and ensure consistent application of Secos Sales Way of Working. You report to the VP Global Sales and can be based flexibly within the Asia-Pacific region. Expect regular travel across the region to stay close to customers and teams. Your profile You bring extensive experience in industrial B2B sales, ideally in machining or cutting tools, combined with strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes. Youre comfortable with CRM systems and digital tools, and you understand how to translate data into actionable insights. A masters degree in engineering, manufacturing technology, or business is preferred, and fluency in English is essential. Success in this role calls for a strategic thinker who balances vision with execution. You lead with passion and humility, building trust and empowering teams to perform at their best.
