Independent Schools Queensland (ISQ) is seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Advisory & Strategic Projects to drive the growth and delivery of our advisory services to schools. This is a senior leadership role where you''ll design, promote, and continuously improve high-impact advisory solutionshelping schools thrive and ensuring sustainable business growth for ISQ. Key Responsibilities Lead Advisory Projects: Facilitate workshops, coordinate stakeholder consultations, conduct research and analysis, and deliver high-quality advisory reports tailored to the needs of Queensland independent schools. Drive Business Growth: Identify and execute strategies to expand ISQ''s advisory services, monitor market trends, and contribute to thought leadership in the education sector. Deliver Strategic Projects: Oversee key ISQ initiatives, manage project planning and risk, and engage stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, schools, and external partners, championing a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. About You Experience: At least 8 years in business consulting, with a proven track record in business development and advisory services. Experience in the independent school or not-for-profit sector is highly regarded. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Management, or a related field (post-graduate qualifications are a plus). Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
