Senior Director, Business Development - ANZ As a Senior Director, Business Development for ANZ at Epsilon, you''ll lead client servicing and account management and be responsible for the delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of clients, collaborating closely with Publicis teams as well as internal crossfunctional teams. You''ll drive Epsilon''s growth in ANZ, focusing on Publicis clients, new client expansion, client retention, crosssell, and exceptional servicing and strategic execution. What Youll Achieve Lead the ANZ team that collaborates closely with Publicis and clients, ensuring commercial goals are exceeded while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Grow the ANZ business by building relationships with key Groupe stakeholders, securing new accounts, educating client teams, crossselling products, and servicing current accounts through flawless account management. Build business relationships with key decision makers within Publicis and clients. Coordinate internal resources for the successful delivery of solutions for all clients. Who You Are What youll bring with you Commercially driven mindset with an eagerness to identify opportunities for growth and contribute to business success. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage time effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing and a passion for big data and technology. Ability to think analytically and tell datadriven stories. Ability to manage and grow a team while serving in a player / coach role. Why you might stand out from other talent 10+ years of professional sales, marketing, SaaS, and client management experience (agency experience is a big plus). Experience across key marketing components including strategy, analytics, media performance, forecasting. Ability to assess client objectives and formulate strategy directly to those objectives utilizing the Epsilon full product offerings. Comfortable with consultative sales and solution selling in a player/coach role, managing your own pipeline and clients along with those within your team. Strong business and strategic planning acumen, especially related to pipeline management and revenue forecasting. Strong negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
