The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to play a pivotal role in driving the people strategy that underpins the organization''s growth, performance, and workforce wellbeing. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Executive Team, championing culture and workforce capability to ensure the delivery of the strategic plan and long-term success. This includes leading enterprise-wide workforce strategy, industrial relations, psychosocial risk management, and leadership development to build scalable people systems and a culture that can grow sustainably with the organization. The CPO will also be a trusted strategic partner, driving alignment across workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development to support operational excellence and advance the mission. The ideal CPO for the company will be a highly accomplished senior people leader with postgraduate qualifications in HR management, employment law, or organizational psychology, and at least 10 years'' executive or senior operational leadership experience in complex, multi-site environments. They must have deep expertise in industrial relations, workforce legislation, and a proven track record in designing and leading psychosocial hazard management and wellbeing frameworks. Experience in community services, mental health, postvention, or the broader not-for-profit sector is highly regarded. The candidate should be recognized for driving meaningful culture transformation, building leadership capability, and be driven by a passion for creating a healthy, high-performing workforce that supports the organization''s mission and growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
