As Head of Clinical Practice Seniors Communities, you will provide strategic leadership for clinical governance and quality across our villages, champion best practice, implement aged care reforms and embed Anglicares For Life capability framework. By driving compliance and innovation, youll help deliver exceptional care and shape the future of aged care. With Integrity And Resilience, You Will Lead the development and implementation of clinical governance frameworks and best practice models. Oversee compliance, risk management and quality improvement initiatives. Build communities of practice and foster collaboration across regions. Partner with the Head of Training to deliver competencybased education. Act as a mentor and coach to clinical leaders, building workforce capability. What Youll Bring AHPRA Registered Nurse with Bachelor of Nursing. 10+ years experience in aged care, including communitybased care. Proven leadership in clinical governance, risk management and quality improvement. Strong financial acumen and ability to balance strategic goals with operational realities.
