Project Director Major Infrastructure | Brisbane Are you an experienced Project Director ready to lead some of Queenslands most significant upcoming infrastructure works? We are seeking senior leaders for opportunities with a top tier contractor based in Brisbane. Initially working as part of the bids and tender team, with the expectation of delivering these projects through to completion upon award. About the Role: As a Project Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering large-scale infrastructure programs across the transport, rail and civil sectors. You will oversee complex multi-disciplinary teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful commercial, safety and operational performance of major projects. Key Responsibilities Lead tender strategy, development and submissions for major infrastructure bids. Upon award, take full accountability for project delivery, governance and performance. Provide strong leadership across engineering, commercial, design and delivery teams. Drive safety, quality, environmental and risk management outcomes. Build and maintain high-trust relationships with clients, government, JV partners and contractors. Oversee program, budget, reporting and operational performance across all phases. Ensure excellence in project planning, procurement, construction and handover.
