Be accountable for sales and profit performance while managing, coaching and developing employees to effectively engage within their team. Report to the Queensland State Manager during this exciting major growth period.DutiesEstablish key performance measures and targets for Trade Service Centre operationsMonitor Queensland''s trade market to promote new products and identify growth opportunitiesIdentify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growthLead team and create inclusive, collaborative environment for employeesSupport major customer negotiations including large project home buildersSkills & experienceTertiary qualification in appropriate field or equivalent work experience5+ years Trade/Wholesale Sales experience in building materials environmentProven ability to lead teams and deliver superior customer serviceDemonstrated influence and negotiation skills with internal/external stakeholdersExceptional organisational and communication skillsCulturePeople enjoy working in this team because we''re experiencing major growth with exciting opportunities for career development and progression.
