About the Role Drive strategic engagement with key accounts, fostering longterm partnerships. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Develop and execute account strategies aligned with global business goals. Identify and execute crossselling and upselling opportunities across service lines. Lead pursuit teams, including SMEs and Commercial Operations, to secure complex deals. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline data in Salesforce CRM. What You Bring Bachelors degree (minimum requirement). 710 years of experience in business development, preferably in life sciences or pharmaceutical companies. Proven expertise in client relationship management and strategic account planning. Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
