Were seeking a visionary Energy Markets Lead to drive market strategy and analysis, PPA offtake origination, and establish and lead our energy trading function. This is your opportunity to influence Australias renewable energy landscape and lead a team that thrives on innovation and collaboration. What youll do Set up and lead a small, highperforming team. Analyse Australian electricity market trends and identify strategic business opportunities. Develop short, medium, and longterm electricity price and revenue forecasts. Design and negotiate PPA offtakes for solar and battery projects. Establish and manage Gentaris energy trading function. Build strong partnerships with industry, government, and stakeholders. What were looking for 10+ years experience in energy markets, trading, or renewable energy origination. Seasoned leadership and teambuilding skills. Deep understanding of Australian electricity markets, policy and regulatory frameworks. Expertise in market modelling, risk management, and PPA offtake product structures. Proven experience in energy trading and portfolio management. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
