Westside Housing is a registered community housing provider and charity. Our mission is to ensure people in our community are appropriately housed and connected to opportunities. We deliver affordable, secure homes that support wellbeing, health, and economic stability. Were known for listening to our customers and expanding our development capacity to build more affordable and social rental homes across South Australia. The Role As a Board Director, youll help shape Westsides strategic direction, governance, risk management, and performance. Youll contribute to the stewardship of our residential property portfolio and support sustainable growth. Responsibilities & Qualifications Strong commercial background, ideally in residential property or legal Experience at board or executive management level Alignment with Westsides mission, values, and strategic approach Reside in Adelaide What Youll Bring Strategic thinking and a broad perspective on community impact Ability to constructively challenge and collaborate with peers A commitment to ethical leadership and social responsibility Up to a 3-year term, with eligibility for two additional terms Attendance at 10 board meetings per year, plus sub-committees as required If this sounds like you, wed love to hear from you.
