Plus Superannuation Location: Dandenong About The Role Work with Chisholm leaders and key stakeholders to provide advice and guidance on quality concerns and issues through a sound understanding of Chisholm policy and procedures around academic quality. Develop and implement tools and processesincluding guidelines, checklists, and performance insightsto support staff and leaders in preparing for audits, assessing teaching and learning practices against standards, and driving quality improvement initiatives. Lead initiatives to enhance quality and compliance through a network of Quality Champions, applying CRICOS expertise to support international student outcomes, collaborating with HE departments on regulatory matters, and keeping staff informed via policy and sector updates. Monitor and update list of CRICOS courses, liaising with international operations and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and updating of the CRICOS register when required. Design, develop and maintain a proactive thematic focus plan to meet the business requirements of delivery areas and report any quality gaps identified, liaising with other Teaching and Learning stakeholders for implementation and support. Oversee accreditation timelines and guide business areas in preparing for external audits, while analysing student and employer survey data to inform improvement recommendations and support quality assurance. Audit marketing materials, including student guides, course information and international student guides and social media material annually to ensure compliance with Standards for RTOs, ESOS Act and the National Code and VET Student Loans guidelines. About You Extensive experience in educational quality assurance and leadership Sound knowledge of ASQA, ESOS, VRQA, VCAA and HESG compliance Sound knowledge of best practice training delivery Sound knowledge of best practice assessment and validation practice Knowledge of training packages and the VET environment Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with industry groups and regulators Stakeholder management skills as point of contact for internal stakeholders Ability to design and distribute surveys Analytical skills and problemsolving strategies Strong communication for reporting Experience in preparation for external audits and conducting internal audits Excellent planning and organisational skills Ability to undertake SelfAssurance activities and impartially report on findings Qualifications Required For The Role TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Higher VET or adult teaching qualification About Us Chisholm is one of the largest vocational training providers in the state with a team of over 1,400 dedicated staff supporting 41,000 students who choose to study at Chisholm and training at our modern campuses across Melbournes southeast and online.
