Responsibilities Manage daily centre operations, including staffing, budgets, and parent communication. Lead, coach, and empower team of educators and teachers, fostering a culture of continuous professional development and excellence. Design and deliver engaging, ageappropriate activities for children''s holistic development. Prioritise children''s safety and wellbeing, adhering to policies and procedures.
