As we expand our footprint, were on the hunt for dedicated and passionate Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. Position: Medical Practice Receptionist/Administrator Key Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist or administrator within a medical setting. Proficiency in Best Practice software. Experience with HotDocs. Familiarity with PRODA. Sound knowledge of healthcare administration, patient management and billing. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage patient flow with poise and efficiency. Understanding of privacy regulations and patient confidentiality protocols in Australia. Role Responsibilities: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, patient queries, and front-of-house tasks. Maintain and update patient records. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and timely appointments. Handle billing, insurance claims, and other administrative responsibilities.
