Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times. Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision Flexible availability including evenings and weekends Team player attitude and commitment to high-end service. Ideally, someone with 1 year of experience in a similar role. Willingness to learn and take on challenges in order to progress.
